How good is Anselmo Moreno?

Just looked to see when Vic Darchinyan is fighting next & this cats his next opponent. I must admit his record ain't shabby by any means (31-1-1), in fact he's beaten some pretty useful guys. Ranked #4 by Boxrec.
1 loss came approx 10 years back early in his career.
On a 25 fight win streak.

I did watch some footage on him, he is technically pretty good, uses his jab well. In fact he seems to do everything well, all the basics but nothing particularly great, appears to have difficulty getting out of first gear?
He's a tall, southpaw - What sort of threat will he possess to Vic?
Or will The raging bull steamroll this guy for his WBA?

Moreno is a very very good fighter.

Good skills, talent and ability.

One of the best Bantamweight's IMO.

The only fighter I would pick over him is Donaire.

Him Vs. Vic will be a good fight but I hope and expect Moreno to win.

Arguably the second best bantamweight, not a huge fan myself but it's hard to say with confidence that anyone besides Donaire definitely beats him. Darchinyan could, but it will be hard.

i actually favor vic to beat moreno. for some reason darchi can handle good boxers who doesn't have enough power to bother him like what he did to mijares. darchinyan cuts the ring very well and his awkward southpaw stance will always be a problem to his opponents. if anything, moreno's height and reach advantages will bother darchinyan. darchinyan's power of course will be his main weapon against moreno.

Is Cotto/Marg on HBO? Because I think I'd have to go with the bantamweights if I have to choose. Two very good fights trumps one that I'm interested in.
