Met George Foreman when he was doing commentary at the Lewis-Briggs fight, but the greatest fighter I ever met was Willie Pep who sat and talked with myself and friends at a Vinny Paz fight at Foxwoods casino. Have met quite a few others, but these two were by far the greatest.

Met Pac-Man and shook Freddie Roach's hand in Manchester when they were promoting the Hatton Fight.

It was a massive accident I ran into them - I was on the top tier of the Trafford Centre and looking for a better view, I ended up wandering into somewhere I probably shouldnt have, there was security there but they didnt stop us (me and the mrs). Next thing I know Manny and Roach were coming down some stairs next to me, I said hello, shook Freddie's hand, they were both pleasant. I dont think Manny understood anything I was saying to him though, I've got a strong Manchester accent haha

Boxers are some of the nicest and accessible sports stars. I also met Marvin Hagler at a bar in New Hampshire. He wasn't a jerk, but he wasn't overly friendly either. He did sign his hat from the International boxing hall of fame and gave it to me though. I've met stars from other sports and most of them act like they're to good to be bothered. Most fighters,or people in the fight game aren't like that from my experience.

When i went to Vegas i met so many famous boxers it was ridiculous all in the space of about 3 days, I met on that trip.

Roberto Duran Didnt really speak much english but seemed like a nice guy.
Leon Spinks Shot too pieces, could hardly speak
Earnie Shavers Interestingly said that Larry Holmes was the best fighter he had fought.
Roger Mayweather Was talking to him about Pacman and Khan he said he thought they were both on drugs and i asked him about fighting Martinez and he completely avoided the question got it on camera..
Nonito Donaire seemed like a really nice guy my camera kept braking but he kept letting me retry which was cool.
James Kirkland saw him after his fight and he was a really nice guy, he felt so strong it was a joke!!
Emmanuel Steward - Didnt really speak to much just got a picture.
Richie Woodall - Was watching Mayweather train with him really nice guy and loves boxing..

Ive met some really famous singers, actresses, & so on. As for boxers, Ive met a solid amount but off the top of my dome I would say Bowe is the biggest and Ive met him a few times over the years from his prime right before he fought Holy the 1st time until just a year ago. Athelete? IDK for sure but I use to play ball with the football player Larry Johnson and weve spent the night over the same house before when we were younger

TRUE TRUE TRUE...I've met a few stars from other sports who were VERY COOL but overall I would say if one sport is full of famous participants that u could just walk up to and strike up a conversation with it is boxing and its fighters....I have a pretty good theory on why that is, too...
