Margarito can give an asswhoppin because Tony does not rely on a lucky punch.

Cotto is a warrior huh. He'll fight anybody. He don't fight for money.

All these boxers fight for money. We need to stop throwing around this warrior ****.

martinez needs to stop picking on little guys like cotto mayweather and pac! Cotto is a small jr middleweight...martinez fights at 160 mayweather and pac fight at 147...I dont see him calling out Ward or Bute they fight at 168...i wonder why? Martinez is one of the best p4p at the moment but thats a straight sucka move

ok, it was a clinical ko punch that landed very nicely on the chin of pw but, again...shall we call that other geezer....whats his name....quintana!
i mean, cotto done him in five and cotto(a great fighter)has been beaten by plasterito who was licked and kod by an over the hill mosley...blah blah blah.
so, what im saying is, martinez(like that ponk khan) has done zip in my view to deserve to be on a "great fighter" pedestal.
oh yeah, didnt plasterito do this **** in 7?
              i rest my case. ****.

I'm a Cotto fan, but truth is, Cotto knows that's a fight he has a high chance of losing in. If dude wants to make the most money he can before he retires, so be it. Personally, I don't see how he would beat Martinez. The Margarito fight just makes sense.

I've been saying Cotto should venture back to 147.

                    hard to tell

Cotto is pretty good at surviving in the ring when he is overpowered, and I've never seen Martinez go after a top opponent to knock him out

I wonder what the fight would look like if Cotto started running around

I don't see Martinez going after him aggressively

I agree, he should go back to 147. A Cotto/Berto fight would be a very good fight so would Cotto/Ortiz. Both fights I see Cotto losing. I would also love to see Cotto/Con. I see Cotto crushing the mouth. All this depends on how Cotto/Margarito goes. Both men too far too much punishment the first time.
