Don't exactly like using compubox but it is clear that people have an incredible bias against floyd. He outlanded and outworked ortiz in that round which is why ortiz got frustrated and launched an illegal headbutt.
well end this *******s hate thread next.

According to compubox, it was Ortiz's most accurate round, landing 35% of his power punches.

A very high rate, against Floyd.

There were about 3 occasions in that round that Ortiz knocked Floyd back with punches and had him against the ropes.

Do you suffer with anger management issues?

And for the record I never said jabs do not count.

            You need to chill out.

Also, can you comment on my thread about why Floyd's jab was so poor against Ortiz?

Be interesting to see you take on it.

Maybe take a 10 minute timeout to calm down first.

So what if it was his most accurate round? He barely landed. People complain about Floyd's low work rate when he averaged 40 punches per round. Ortiz through a total of 27, Floyd hit him with that amount of punches.

Not to mention when they were in the corner vic missed most of the shots. Lampley just decided he was going to say Vic was landing to make the viewers think he was in the fight when he clearly wasn't.

Landing 9 of 27 punches is winning a round?

D4thincarnation, no offense, but you absolutely said jabs didn't count when assessing floyd's connect percentage versus manny's when you created the manny is more accurate than floyd thread.

It about the effectiveness of punches, the control of the ring and effective aggression.

Close round but if Ortiz would have kept Floyd in the corner for the last 10 seconds instead of headbutting him, he takes the round for me.
