As for Manny testing without the fight signed, I never said that. You did. Its a good idea though, if he really wants to put the ball in Floyds court and prove hes willing to test, why didnt he test for the Marquez fight? Why not sign a document stating he agrees to random blood and urine before even negotiating everything else? Point being, those are the things that would make me question Floyds desire to get the fight. Those would put the ball in Floyds court and make me question who is holding it up. Up until now anyone looking at the situation without ignorant nationalism or racist hate would see one guy who refused to test when in negotiations, but now claims its all good and he will test when he has a fight signed...

First reason was testing. Pac has said he's willing to undergo full OSDT. Floyd then said Pac needs to get his business in order first. Now he's practically saying that Pac only wants to fight him now because Floyd is 34 and why didnt Pac call him out going back 15yrs ago! LOL.

In the beginning Manny may have had some excuses to not take the test, but he NEVER said anything to the effect of not wanting the fight to happen.

However Floyd has made numerous excuses for the fight not to happen.

First by requesting testing
2nd, stating he can make just as much fighting someone else (If Pac is as easy as you say he is, it shouldnt make any difference if you fight him or anyone else for the same amount)
3rd some sorry ass excuse of Manny needing to get his finances in order.

There are many more, but i cant keep up with all the nonsense he spurts.

He never said "I wont fight Pacquaio because he needs to get his business in order first" or "I wont fight Pacquaio because he didnt want to fight 15 years ago"
