Floyd did what he had to do.
This is boxing, you protect yourself at all times.
Not to mention, Ortiz was way in over his head.
Was getting pummeled, and would have eventually gotten stopped.
Lost in all of this was that Mayweather was fighting an exciting fight.
He was standing in front of Ortiz, blocking, countering and putting on a show.

it may not have been illegal, but mayweather is still a piece of ****. Say what you wanna say about ortiz not being smart and keeping his hands up, or headbutting may, which by the way he was penalized appropriately and a point was taken away. He was down on the scorecards but still landing lead lefts sparingly enough to make the fight interesting. What mayweather did was a str8 b*tch move, very, very poor sportsmanship.
