MGM Grand, Las Vegas - Floyd Mayweather Jr. (42-0, 26KOs) knocked out Victor Ortiz (29-3, 22KOs) in the fourth round to capture the WBC welterweight title. The ending had some controversy. In the fourth round, Ortiz had Mayweather backed up against the ropes and was throwing punches, but then used he intentionally fouled Mayweather with his head. Ortiz lost a point but then went over to hug Mayweather and touch gloves, when Ortiz backed away from the hug and looked for a split second at referee Joe Cortez, Mayweather unleased two big shots to knock him out.

He doesnt have a stiff right? That's why you were running the whole fight even though you weighed more then a Middleweight. Oh and look at your eye it was already puffy and you were only in the 4th round. Not bad for someone that doesnt have a stiff right huh?

People think that because Mayweather doesn't KO guys from one punch that he doesn't have power and forget that before he was a welter he had KO most of his opponents and KO'd Hatton with a left hook, then when they get in the ring they realize that he does have power and Ortiz, who was 164 btw felt Floyd's power tonight and that's why he was going backwards. Lesson learned: Floyd can punch...

                  **** mayfeather
he is going to duck and dodge pacman. It is to bad because the ultimate bad guy vs the ultimate sportsman will never happen because he will get his chicken ass handed to him. Feather should leave the sport of boxing and pursue his love for pro wrestling because his persona and dirty tactics are better suited for that sport.

HELLS NAW!!!!!! The ref never said fight, or raised his hand to commence fighting which is what's suppose to happen when a point is taken, so that's hitting on the break which is an automatic disqualification and loss to Mayweather. That fool was getting hit and felt it, and he knew he was gonna lose. Read the rules people!!!!!
