Maybe, but check the replays. Cortez was looking towards the ring corner and not having his eyes on the action. He did become the deciding factor. The situation was very heated up after the intentional headbutt and the deduction was completely justified btw. Technically Floyd was right to re-engage and throw punches, but of course it looked very brutal. Victor shoulda just held his gloves up. But Cortez... man, where was he with his eyes...? Not controlling the situation at all. VERY bad ref'ing in a situation that needed to be resolved better.

Ortiz got dropped by bigger hammers what Floyd hit him with. I think that was Ortiz's opportunity to quit the fight. Dude walked in the center of the ring with his hands down? Even if you think Ortiz was dumb for not protecting himself Mayweather is just as dumb if he thinks that KO impressed anyone. I saw Mayweather take repeated lead left hands (what do you think Pacquiao will do?) get bullied to the ropes and roughed up and then find a way to win off of a cheap shot.

That whole sequence was weird. first the intentional head butt by ortiz, then he quickly apologizes and tries to makeout with floyd or idek wtf that was O.o all i know is that mayweather was real pissed that he caught a head to the teeth haha ****en ortiz got what he deserved but then he got up all smiling and happy after the fight like he didn't just get knocked out uuggllyy
