Here is the bull**** that everyone is missing from Arum's statements.

Arum said he and Pacquiao have no issue with USADA testing but maintain that any testing "should be done under the overall umbrella of the state commission" where the proposed fight would take place.

So now Arum agrees with testing as long as it is under the umbrella of the NSAC. How silly is that? USADA will not be under the umbrella of the NSAC. All Arum spouted was just more bull****. Please read people. All Arum stated is what he has always stated. That they will follow the NSAC rules.

Here is another Arum quote from the article. "But the point is, it all has to be done under the overall authority of the boxing commission wherever you have the fight." Again, that quote is further proof that Arum will not let Manny fight Floyd. Not one WADA approved testing agency in the world would do testing on the umbrella of the NSAC. They are independent because they have their own procedures that are superior to the NSAC. Just more bull****. If anyone was optimistic, don't be.
