certainly wouldn't rule out foul play. it happens more than most people like to admit. and at all levels, even in amateur boxing.

the fbi does do investigating into this sort of thing. they even have undercover fighters. i think many people would be shocked to hear about some of things i've heard about.

i believe espn magazine did a nice article about foul play in boxing and how the fbi investigates it a year or two ago.

Maybe Burnstein should have tried your approach and started out by saying that while there's no factual evidence to support any wild accusations, and Wlad could clearly be seen going all out in the first four rounds, that swearing like a sailor and not really saying anything should replace the fact there was never any proof.
