For Gamboa's sake, I'd rather he not move up before this fight with Donaire happens. He'll be at least thirty by then. At that age, to have to move down after you've become accustomed to fighting at 130, it becomes more difficult to drain down. Obviously, Yuri's having enough trouble as it is to stay at 126. Making this fight happen will put more stress on Gamboa than Donaire, IMO.Comment

If this fight happens at the end of 2012 Donaire can squeeze in 3 more fights he can do one at 122 and two at 126. Its not a stretch and its worth the risk. The winner of this fight particularly if its by KO is certainly top 3 p4p and IMO the best all around boxer in the game period.Comment

FAAAACK ALL THIS NOISE!! All you doniare nut huggers are always bumping your gums how he's the second coming of Sugar Ray Robinson and pound-for-pound this, pound-4-pound that!!! Now there are morons here saying he should wait, he's not ready etc. Lame! If he's rated pound for pound he should fight anyone in his path that makes any sense. This fight makes sense.
