McCloskey clearly lost,he is one of the most irritating fighters out there and it was sad too see a robbery in Ireland,Britain has been like Germany this weekend with two awful decisions

I thought Prescott won the 12th round, mostly beause his punches seemed to be doing more damage and had more effect on McCloskey.

I didnt see the rest of the fight though, so I dont know who won.

It was too close to be called a robbery but I believe Prescott should have won. Even if you scored it 6 rounds each the KD should have made the difference. Prescott only has himself to blame for his poor conditioning. He boxed pretty well in the first half of the fight, but if you are gonna win half a fight make sure its the second half of the fight.

if he wasn't aggressive what was he doing pushing prescott back against the ropes? he couldn't box with him in the middle of the ring so he came forward and pushed him back the last 6 rounds or so. this obviously wins fighters rounds even if they are being outlanded and that's the point i'm making. you think they should win the round just for being tough. i think whoever wins using the official scoring criteria.

No I think he won rounds by outlanding Prescott. Prescott lands one hard punch and you spunk and give him the round. I remember you scoring a round for Hopkins on punches he landed after the bell...

Honestly i dont even like McCloskey, I wanted Prescott to win so he could fight Khan. I thought it shouldve been a draw and they should just fight again.

I thought Prescott just nicked it, laugh at people thinking khan is somewhat relieved at this result, Prescott is average, very ordinary fighter with good power, at 140 khan would make mince meat out of him. I give prescott credit though he is a better fighter now, he surprised me with his skill, but is still nothing at world level, his conditioning is poor and he is pretty basic.

I dunno why, he seems like a really likeable fella and despite having a defensive style he at least throws punches and tries to make the fight.

Another thing is Prescott is way too wild when throwing his left hook, and he caught Khan with that same punch, but Paul was able to get out of the way of that punch.
