There was no mistake moving up. It was a very calculated move. Adamek just made the best pay day of his life, and that after only 5 HW fights, most of them against very weak opponents. That's a great business plan to retirement! I'd say that although he never had a chance in hell of winning he actually was very smart and got himself in a position to fight for mega money in front of his home fans. He can probably think about hanging up the gloves now.

true, true. . . but i think being a two time cruiserweight champion (legit), would be better than beating povetkin, which is a 50/50 fight in my eyes.

he could even try to unify and get all four belts at cruiserweight. . . lebedev would be the toughest test IMO - he is a rough dude.

Hasn't Adamek already been there and done that? Why move back CW? He could probably win the WBA joke belt off Povetkin and defend it against all the other HWs not named Klitschko for a while.

really want Povetkin vs Adamek too. Tomasz could beat most other HW's.

He's 34 and CW is pretty stacked. If he wants a payday maybe a CW or 210 catchweight fight vs Tarver since he looked quite good against Green.

Cunn, Huck, Lebedev, Jones, Hernandez, Wlodarczyk, Frenkel, Ross, Palacios, Masternak, Afolabi too many guys not enough time.

Regardless of the division he will pursue his career in, Prudential fans are always ready to welcome him vividly. I prefer him droppind down to CW, problem may lay in the fact that decent part of top CW fighters are based in Europe and telling the truth Tarver, Huck, maybe Lebedev are pretty tough'n rough matchups. Eventually demolishing McBrides of the world in Prudential ain't bad, but Adamek ambition... Hard to determine his future.

              Adamek, A Great fighter!!!!

..but I agree with the Kbros..those two guys are just too good to get beaten right now. But I honestly believe that those two needs to step down and do something else, there are nothing left for them in boxing besides money. It would be nice if they decides to join UFC and fight Overeem or the best UFC HW has to offer, just for the challenges.
My hats off to Adamek for moving up to challenge Vitaly.
