Im not a troll, im a a boxing fan. Not a *******, although i will say that Pac is the exact opposite of Floyd. Floyd grew up in the suburbs. His uncle Jeff has said his whole persona is false. He was never hungry, never lacked for anything. I can see with his crazy father, why he might be a bit mentally unhinged. he never really had a childhood, and it ****ed him up, ala michael jackson. But even in his 30's, his behavior is that of a child. he's pedaling a lie, hence his insecurities. He's a fraud. im not saying that he isnt tough - he is, he gets hit in the face for a living - but he's not from the ******. He surrounds himself with people from harsher upbringings - but that doesnt make him ******.

When i look at Floyd, i cringe.

true, but thats my whole point, he never lacked for anything but associates himself with that ****** persona due to his ****ed up family, but i think he thinks he's not accepted, as the saying goes you can tell by the attitude and the company you keep. he is constantly accusing people of being 'gay' or '******s', it appears as if he protests too much

he is constantly throwing money around, his nickname is 'money', he likes people to think he was once poor, again, its a form of protesting too much

he wants to be liked, loved even, he calls himself the greatest of all time but his resume is nowhere near, he said he doesnt listen to the critics but why does he always address them in his interviews? I gaurantee he 'googles' himself and reads perhaps even these forums

well, the persona is something i don't take it seriously because it's just a bit of drama to sell things.


he lacked for a stable homelife with his parents and i doubt there was a ton of money flowing around. his only career options appear to have been boxing, which isn't a scenario we associate with the wealthy. maybe he got the things a kid needs at his grandmother's, but 'upper middle class', 'rich kid', that's all a bit strong.

people are very sensitive when it comes to floyd mayweather

brilliant boxer, he does do charitable work, but he probably damages just as many with his lifestyle. people want to look up to him, and he portrays a certain image. look at floyd from the beginning of his carear - a complete sea-change

look at guys like ardien broner, gary russell junior, they idolise floyd, he should be setting an example, and speak the truth
