Then you realize that they are not the official ticket brokers of the fight, they are people on the street selling tickets online. What was this "exhibit B" exhibiting exactly?

      sold-out (sldout)
      adj.
Having all tickets or accommodations completely sold, especially ahead of time.

tickets are still available, hence it can not be sold out.

Then no fight will ever be sold out. stub hub is regular people buying tickets selling to other people.

Remember, Im trying to understand your point of Exhibit B.

If tickets arent available through the official broker, all tickets have been purchased, Its not a sellout? Technically anyone can still sell their tickets. Or is it illegal to sell purchased tickets?

Stubhun is actually mostly secondary ticket brokers, scalping agencies, etc...but nonetheless they don't count as the official brokering agency...a lot of times promoters will buy out tickets to their own events specifically to sell them at higher than face value.

Until someone buys that 1 ticket though, it isn't a sellout yet

My point is that tickets are available. How can you claim its "sold out"?
