Wrong!!! Absolutely wrong. The fight went off in the first negotiation not because Pac refused Floyd's random OSDT. The fight went off because of disagreement on cut-off period that neither side would give in. Pac wanted 24 days cut-off period but Floyd insisted on 14 days. See? Floyd and Pac are in total agreement that the proposed random OSDT must have a cut-off period only that they disagreed on the number of days. Right?

With the deadlock, and already set HBO date of March 13 fast approaching and the promotion period required, Bob has to proceed and choose Clottey.

Please don't act like an ignorant moron pretending to have no knowledge of what happened in the first negotiation just to spread lies and disinformation.

You are off slightly. Floyd wanted full random OST with no cutoff. Floyd offered 24 days, manny refused to sign, floyd offered 14 days manny refused to sign. Since manny refused floyd's compromise offers both times, floyd went back to 0 day cutoff and to my knowledge hasn't moved from that.

What Bob is trying to happen is for WADA to oversee the whole testing process. WADA is the world's governing body on drug testing with the USADA of USA, UKADA of the UK, and other WADA accredited testing agencies in other parts of the world, under it's control and supervision.

This Floyd-Pac fight is international in nature and I think it's just fair enough that a world governing body will be the one to oversee the whole testing process. Floyd training in the USA will be tested by USADA, and Manny in the Philippines will be tested by a reputable WADA accredited testing agency in Asia. And when Manny is in the US for second half of his training, both him and Floyd will be under USADA testing but still under WADA control.

Do you even know how many fighters have tried that same thing and got smashed? Im talking pre-140 days?

Probably not, so STFU with your cheap ass solution.

I see your point now. Floyd did try to duck the Wold WW Champion Shane Mosley, just like Pac did (twice). Pac just made it alittle more clear by saying Shane was "too good. Mayweather just demanded OST from Shane. Yeah, he def tried to duck him....... .
how ****** would pbf be if he didn't ask for ost?!!

PBF never offered 24 days that was Manny team offer. Other than that you are right.

why don't we just sit back & relax and wait for them to finally settle the issue (if ever there's issues to be settled)
