yeah except manny fought jmm at his best not at a bloated 140 something , while you miss weight and tip the scales at 146.
oh and cotto and margs may have lossed before and been at catch weights, but in my opinion those are 2 impressive wins, and you could have had them 3 years back when you retired, but instead you pussied out. n cant blame manny for those catch weights he was going against top guys, that were much bigger , and neither guy looked drained on fight night.

Sad thing is we have idiot fans today who discredit first hand beat downs and give credit to second hand, handed down beat downs. Manny is a greatly promoted bottom feeder.

In other cases Roach has already said it.When Mosley destroyed Margarito, Pacquiao wouldnt fight Mosley,Roach even said Mosley was too dangerous. After Floyd dominated Mosley, Pacquiao was there.Same with DelaHoya,Roach admitted if DelaHoya was still good Pacquiao would not have fought him, when DelaHoya couldnt 'pull the trigger' Pacquiao was there to fight. On the other hand Mayweather wanted to fight DeLahoya the moment he left Top rank.Even when the fight was made DelaHoya had just destroyed Mayorga and was a champion.

You're a joke.
* because it will ensure a level playing field
* because stricter testing is great for the sport of boxing
And, you called him a joke ?
Grow up, blood tests are completely harmless.

Just look at Judah who's coming off a loss prior to fighting him.
When asked to fight Margarito,
Margo has losses and not deserving.
Then he fought Baldomir with 9 losses.
How hilarious indeed.

I gotta wonder why you non-boxing fans spend so much time here.
Technically, Mayweather beat Hatton better than Pacquiao did.
What you do not seem to understand is that styles make fights.
Mayweather vs Hatton
Objective: Shut Hatton out, while offering no opportunities
Result: KHTFO
Achieved: better than expected
Pacquiao vs Hatton
Objective: KHTFO
Result: KHTFO
Achieved: As expected, although in spectacular fashion
Your theory is..... Mayweather knocked Hatton out in the 8th, or whenever, and Pac knocked him out in the 2nd..... that means Pac is better than Floyd, because he knocked him out faster?
Really ?
We WILL be betting on that fight dude

I can’t remember ppl saying that De La Hoya was a Mosley or Hopkins leftover when Floyd fought him. Or Tommy Hearns was a Ray Leonard leftover when Marvin Hagler fought him. Most times top fighters have losses on their resumes, and more importantly they have already fought other top fighters. I still can’t find anybody who said before the De La Hoya fight, that Pac was going to win and that Oscar was a Floyd leftover. One more question, is Floyd this fighting a Marcos Maidana leftover in Victor Ortiz? How about this, was Floyd getting a Carlos Baldomir leftover in Zab Judah, or was he getting Miguel Cotto left over in Shane Mosley? Unless you fight a guy in his absolute peak and he is undefeated, more times than not, a fighter is getting somebody else’s leftovers.
Also, How can Marquez be a Floyd leftover when Pac fought him twice before Floyd ever fought him? I don’t understand the logic behind that particular opponent. People who don’t like Pac, say that Marquez beat him twice and that Manny was ducking him. Now that he’s fighting him, they don’t like the weight issue and they feel that Marquez is washed up. Marquez looks great against everybody not named Floyd and Pac.
BTW- Marquez is a great fighter, he fought Pac close twice and he deserves the shot.
When fighters reach certain levels, they are matched with similar opponents that other great fighters have faced to draw comparisons. Cotto was matched with Demarcus Corley, Victor Sosa and Zab Judah all after Floyd beat them. Why, because his handlers wanted to see how Cotto handled common opponents. Floyd was matched against Genaro Hernadez and Arturro Gatti after De La Hoya beat them. That’s just how boxing works to an extent.

They are disgusting.
But what about pacfans ?
Not one of them has said..... hey, wait a minute, I cant stand that Mayweather clown and want nothing more than for Pac to punch his face in, but Manny wont fight because he wont take a blood test? Whats up with that? Come on Pac, man up, take the harmless test, and smash the loudmouth.
Not one of them
WTF ?
They do not want Manny to be tested in any way whatsoever. They do not care who he fights, and they do not care if he is using steroids, just so long as he wins. They just want the Manny-circus to continue unhindered.
Un-fkn-believable.
