Floyd could simply asked for the special test against Pac but what he did is beyond a simple matter. First, the accusation came first without any evidence and it was not like a one time thing from Floyd but he accused Pac was on PEDs too many times in national tv, newspaper, boxing websites, in facebook, etc..then came asking for OST.

roach and co knew in advance that OST would be part of the contract and roach stated they would have no problem taking the OST. but then they balked and refused to take the test. then came all the bru haha. but they knew in advance. so the accusations did not come first, but came after the refusal to take the ost

Fraud or the USADA should show a video proof with date and time stamps and posted on youtube that Fraud and Ortiz are being tested without cut-off till the day of the fight and with results to prove that Gayweather means what he said about cleaning up the sport??? Just Show Proof!!!

then there is the claims that pac agreed to random ost. only to later say ost until 14days and urine testing unlimited. this is the problem. to much confusion coming from pacs camp.

You are very acute. Someone did do something to these guys when they were young. They were made either to get off the streets and go to school, or if past school age, to get off welfare and go and get a job. That must have been during the Ronald Regan era. When we say random OSDT without cut-off it means year round testing with special focus on out-of-competition periods. It's the standard applied to Olympic athletes.

The particular test we are rabidly discussing here re Manny-Floyd fight is random OSDT with cut-off. When Floyd demanded OSDT which Manny agreed, both of them agreed that there must be a cut-off period with reference to day of the fight. Manny wanted 24 days cut-off but Floyd wanted 14 days. Neither side gave way and we all know what happened next.

On the second negotiation Manny agreed to 14 days, but then Floyd moved it to 7 days. Still Manny agreed to 7 days but then again Floyd moved it farther to fight night which means zero (0) days cut-off, and both of them could be tested on fight night "if" USADA deemed it necessary. When Manny agreed to zero days or what we practically call this time as "No Cut-Off" up to fight night, Floyd went to vacation and so on and so forth.

So when Manny said there are no more issues other than money sharing and guarantees, he means, drug testing without cut-off up to fight night is no longer an issue. And no matter how *****s tried to twist and spin this, it still would mean that Manny said yes to all Floyd's testing demands.
