I've been on and off going to different Boxing gyms since I was 7 years old...I fell in love with Boxing ever since my Pops started ordering pay per views to bet with other barbers at the barber shop where he worked at. Lol I remember being a kid and all the barbers and other guys getting their hair cuts and just talking about boxing all day. I loved to listen to them, and decided to start going to a local gym that to my knowledge, has produced a few Pros and one known Pro who was on Friday Night Fights on ESPN recently T. Hendrix, can't think of his first name, but I know his children pretty well. But now I'm 21 and I've let myself go, I'm overweight, BUT I was always a speed & technique first type of person. I have pretty quick hands for a big dude....

When I was a kid I really didn't have anyone to push me and guide me to help me stay in the gym. Transportation problems, money issues, etc. etc. But it's all good, because I'm a man now with my own car and a job. I now go to Full Throttle MMA which is a MMA/Boxing/Kickboxing/Muay Thai/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym....Currently working on getting my weight down and eating right to get healthy and grab my life back....I don't wanna die from being big, so I just stick to being active and go to the gym 4 days a week, I'm changing my eating and callin on God for support....

Here's 2 videos of me hitting the Heavybag...The first video was before I got some punching and technique advice from the fellas here at Boxing Scene, and the second video is a update video of more speed, power, technique, and punch selection....

Trained a few months in a boxing gym when I was much younger, did a bit of sparring. Now I train Shaolin boxing nearly everyday and have been doing it for three years now.
