It's F'ing insane.
I thought that was shocking finding out that the brothers are neighbors and don't talk and have so much animosity between them. But HBO kind of glanced over that and paid more attention to Roger getting a sammie from quiznos...
I swear good thing Richard Schafer runs GBP. And, he just there for namesake. Because if that idiot ran that company it would be in the ****ter right now.Last edited by ThePrince; 09-04-2011, 11:14 AM.

I agree with previous sentiments that Floyd is a 34 year old boy. His whole personality just seems like a charade fabricated because the cameras are rolling. Most normal 34 year old men don't communicate with their friends directly next to them through a block of money. That's why it was so cringeworthy for me, it all seems like an act.
I doubt 50 cent plays money telephone with Floyd off camera. He'd probably throw the block back at Floyd upside the head after coming to his senses.
Also, he seems so insecure with the way this episode portrayed him. Saying it's so boring and all when HBO just takes what is given to them and try to make something of it. By deduction I suppose he was thoroughly entertained with HBO showing him calling his father a gay slur and making little children in his gym cry.
On another note, Oscar seems just as phoney as Floyd and transitioning well into a hypocrite promoter.
I didn't know about Ortiz hiring an assassin to kill anyone... :0 that would be a breath of fresh air this show desperately needs. Tracking down Ortiz's father for a showdown would be way more interesting than more "My parents left when I was 7" x20. Then the editors could formulate some sort of parallels about troubled fatherhood relationships and boxing for both Floyd and Victor.Last edited by krimzon; 09-04-2011, 11:22 AM.

They showed the ****** bills call?? and I think that's all the dumb fun we could take.
Less see more training and less drama. Boxing fans don't watch Soaps and most of us hate drama, so Floyd's idea of entertainment is unreal.

You guys are forgetting the purpose of 24/7. 24/7 is meant to entertain, build hype for the fight, and to get people talking about the fighters. From the looks of this thread 24/7 is a success with all the conversation going on about at 30 minute show.
Now on to Floyd and Ortiz. Floyd Money is a character and a brand and as long as Floyd has people talking about him rather bad or good, he is relevant. I like who Victor is as a person but his character on 24/7 is boring. Nobody here is talking about Victor Ortiz. All these threads dedicated to Floyd show that he gives people something to talk about. If Floyd didn't do all the extra bs that he does on 24/7 than the show would suck because there would be NOTHING to talk about.

We are tired of Victor Ortiz story about his struggles. Its Boring now. Blacks go through life struggles all the time and always RISE
FloydMayweather
HBO needs to give the viewers what they deserve because 24/7 is a highly anticipated show and I don't want to disappoint the viewers...
FloydMayweather
Oscar De la Hoya is trying to stay relevant by admitting to his vices and Victor said he look at that man like "GOD"
FloydMayweather
De La Hoya is a drug user, dresses like a drag, committed adultery and drinks alcohol and Ortiz looks up to this guy.

If the Ratings go down for 24/7. Its not my fault. I've done my job. HBO show what they want. What do yall think??

And I don't appreciate how Oscar tried to down my brother Tiger Woods

FLOYD HAS PUBLICLY STATED "I AM AN ENTERTAINER"
It must be some type of racism, because I know for a fact these fools dont really think that the undertaker was really a dead man. Or that ISAAC YANKEM WAS A DAMN DENTIST, OR THAT STING REALLY WALKED AROUND AS THE CROW LOOK ALIKE. OR THAT THE GOLDEN BOY DELAHOYA WAS A SAINT, OR THAT PACQUIAO HAS ALWAYS BEEN CLEAN AND WHOLESOME.
ITS AN ACT!! OF COURSE FLOYD DOESNT PLAY MONEY TELEPHONE WITH 50 CENT WHEN THE CAMERAS ARE NOT ROLLING.
WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE. THE MONEY CHARACTER WAS PRODUCED TO MAKE FLOYD MONEY. THE VILLIAN.
RIC FLAIR (THE NATURE BOY) PLAYED THE GODDAMN VILLIAN, BUT DOES THAT MEAN HE WOULD WALK AROUND ALL DAY CHEATING PEOPLE AT DIFFERENT THINGS BECAUSE HE CHEATED THEM AT WRESTLING??
USUALLY THE PEOPLE IN SHOW BUSINESS THAT LOOK SQUEAKY CLEAN HAVE THE MOST DEMONS....

Mayweathers whole brash persona is both fake and built on ignorance quite frankly I find it dull and tiresome it makes for very cringe worthy viewing I wonder if he is fully aware of how ****** and dull he comes across.
The thing is this...what would totally turn me off is if 24/7 turned into reality tv.
Ortiz' genuine persona keeps the "reality tv" edge low.
Floyd = Reality TV....which to me, is played out and boring.
But if others like it, good for them.
