That statistic has always been skewed and believed by lesser educated individuals. That number reflects the number of CONVICTIONS, not the number of crimes actually committed. The majority of crimes in this nation go largely UNSOLVED.

Keep in mind that my argument is not that ALL Blacks in America have improved as all Blacks in America do not have access to all that they should have access to.

No, instead my argument is that Blacks have exponentially improved their lot after being systematically oppressed both by law and by tyranny. This cannot be denied.

No other group in the world has experienced a cultural genocide that Africans have. Even the ***s and Native Americans were allowed to stay with their families, practice their customs and religions, and know where they were from.

No other group has ever been so thoroughly disconnected from their roots as to become an absolute nomadic people in terms of knowledge of self and family.

Hey it's simple facts and statistics.

This is from the FBI.

* The percentages of adult white and black arrestees for murder were similar, with 49.6 percent being white, and 48.4 percent being black.

* Black juveniles accounted for 51.6 percent of juvenile arrests for violent crimes.

And remember, blacks only account for less than 13% of the pop in the US. What this means is that black people are BY FAR the most violent and criminal group in America. It's not like I'm making this up, these are facts.
