Any fan with reasonable knowledge of boxing can come up with odds. So, in your opinion, disregarding all online odds, what should it be? 1/6, 1/5...etc?

Just having a quick look.. Mirage has Tampa Bay -2.5 (-110) vs. Detroit in week 1.

        Sportsbook.com has it -1.5 (-105).

1 point better, at a better price.

If you are serious those things matter, even at a small scale you want to always be searching for the best price/odds

I did say at closing. We're over a week out ! I realize it would be hard to do unless you keep a log from time to time. Personally I would take the 1.5 (-105) at the sportsbook over the Mirage. The Mirage's odds consistently suck !

It legal, they advertise on TV all the time. The govt. even took 100 million of some American company to build supercasino.

You can bet on anything here, paddy power were offering odds on the first animal to go extinct because of the BP oil spill.

I the UK you have slot machines in fast food joints, and you only need to be 16 to buy scratch cards

Strange response. You came off having a strong opinion about this and you're saying what you think doesn't really matter. Hmm. I didn't expect that.

Well, I don't have access to the closing line in Vegas, so I can't really help there, lol.

Strange response? How about strange question? This thread, and the discussion in it, wasn't about what we THINK the line should be. It's about what the line IS.
