this **** wont make people talk about the fight it will make people talk about the father and son relationship which should be outside boxing. what would this statement do? it will only give the father and son another set of **** to argue about

This is what Oscar said in his book that Snr was asking for too much money because he was looking for a way out because he didnt want to train Oscar against his son.

That tweet engineered column inches with names Mayweather, De La Hoya and Ortiz on them.

Guaranteed. Its not about the topic but about getting the names talked about, creating a buzz, capitalizing on a situation.

If he'd kept his mouth shut there would have been less column inches but he created another story just by tweeting.

Dangerous fight for Floyd. Ortiz looks motivated and I know he's not gona be stopped if that Berto straight right didn't do him in. Floyd's power is underrated but he don't have pop like that. If Ortiz gets some, he has upset potential. As much as I can't wait to see Pac-May, I'm getting a little scared about this one.

What if Sr. went to the Ortiz camp and became Ortiz's assistant trainer to Garcia. Now that would be news.

This is how it all went down between father and son:
                  Junior: "Love ya dad"
                  Senior: "Love ya son"
Junior: "I'm the best there is, THE BEST! Isn't it so?"
                  Senior: "Yea, of course!"
                  Junior: "I'm P4P GREATEST, UNDEFEATED!"
                  Senior "Um, yea, you are"
                  Junior: "(pause) What?"
                  Senior: "Nothing"
Junior: "Cmon, i know u wanna say sumthin!"
Senior: "Well...u didnt really beat Castillo the first time"
Junior: "YOU OLD SONOFA*****!!HOW DARE YOU?!I TOOK YOU BACK, I.."
Senior: "YOU WHAT?? YOU KEPT ROGER AS YOUR TRAINER, THATS THE RESPECT YOU PAY ME?!"
Junior: "LEAVE! I NEVER WANNA SEE YOU AGAIN! AND TAKE OFF THAT 50K WATCH I BOUGHT YOU FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY!"

This means DLH is definitely making a comeback. Pretty awesome....it's about time the only man to defeat Floyd Mayweather Jr INSIDE the ring returns. Manny's victory over Floyd by fear and intimidation isn't as good as Oscars in ring de-ballinf of Floyd Jr

I don't think this fight is as dangerous as some people think simply because Floyd picked this fight because he saw something in Ortiz that made him go after this fight. At first I had my doubts but now I'm starting to see that Ortiz is going to get destroyed. After looking at a lot of tape on Ortiz he doesn't use the jab enough and he can't get away from straight right hands. In all honestly Victor Ortiz is tailor made for Floyd. I honestly believe that Victor knows he can't win this fight, he's just doing it for the payday. That young hungry lion catchphrase is bs, they're just saying that to make people think that Victor has a chance but he doesn't. With all that said I have a feeling Ortiz will make Floyd touch the canvas at least once but all in all this will be a dominant victory for Floyd.
