I'm glad Victor Ortiz is feeling confident going up against Mayweather. The thing with Floyd is that you have to pour it on early when he is still warming up because once he gets going. There is no way that you can take him off of his game or out of focus. People talk about the Castillo fight but never the rematch and Oscar didn't stop jabbing but rather got neutralized by Floyd everytime he let his hands go. Someone mentioned Zab Judah? I think Zab had the best chance in his prime but dude wasn't disciplined and has always had bad temperment. Zab got some good shots in for 3rds but after was getting smacked up all around the ring. It's funny to hear people say the names of the people who almost beat or got some shots off on Floyd. Regardless of his ****ty attitude sometimes. Mayweather Jr is the best all around technical boxer in the sport. Ortiz got a punchers chance but Floyd chin has been tested so Victor going to need more than just his power and size to beat Floyd.

boxing fans want pac-chicken floyd but chicken floyd is so scared to fight...

the chicken ducked cotto and margarito...and now pacquiao...but chicken floyd fought lousy baldomir, slumping gatti (r.i.p.) and midget juan manuel marquez...when boxing fans around the world calls chicken floyd to fight pacquiao, he preferred to retire...

and now he's back to fight ortiz...is ortiz the best? as for chicken floyd..the answer is yes...

chicken floyd has perfected the art of cherry-picking...

............When did Zab knock Floyd on his Ass?

are you referring to Floyds glove touching the canvas?

Ortiz makes sense I agree with him, Floyd is just all hype but very boring. Pacquiao will knock him out if he engage but if he runs and be defensive Pac by unanimous decision. Victor has a chance on this one but you know Floyd might run the whole fight.

Its good to see Oriz talking, he looks hungry for fame, and has that eagerness to go all out against Floydie.

I have to agree with ortiz on this one here i don't like Ortiz And don't really care for pacquiao, when you sit and look at floyds record and really dig deep and take a good look at it it's good but thats where it ends if you look at the fighters ages and time of the fight in terms of thier careers and weights ortiz is right very right.

floyd has fought fights at the right time and that defines floyd and always will im not making excuses as to why those fighters got beat because you still have to get in there and beat them but im not fooled and neither is Ortiz he really is one of the best fighters to lace the gloves but he's wasted the end of his career away he should of been fighting at least twice a year even three times a year but no he goes on ''vacation'' every other year after one fight. If Floyd gets beaten by pacquiao then everyone forgets about floyd and thats why the fight isn't happening in plain terms.

What? How is Floyd more hype than Ortiz himself?

I do agree, Floyd loss to Castillo in their first meeting thats a robbery in Daylight, everybody know that. If Ortiz dont respect Floyd then we have a good fight to watch on September 17. I do think too that Ortiz is a serious underdog and he will win this fight if he will do what he need to do. Be agressive and smart on Floyd counter punch and throw a combination to the body up to head.A sure win. But if Ortiz will use jab and wont engage Floyd in short distant a sure win for Floyd.

Obviously you must be "fooled" seeing as how you have him listed as one of your "favourite" fighters...and whether Floyd loses to Pacquiao, he will definitely never be forgotten...He's a hands down Hall of Famer

I can't wait for this fight because Victor Ortiz is talking very reckless...it's one thing to be confident but when you start discrediting the accomplishments of one of the best p4p fighters in the sport today you sound very ignorant...Floyd is going to embarass this guy
