Just saw 24/7 and gotta say that was a solid episode. That **** was not fake though and I can't blame Floyd for getting all testy and ****. His Pops is always getting in the way and discrediting the guy that has been his mentor for a very long time. After a while of some dude stepping on toes, you're gonna get upset, even if it is your dads.Comment

When Sr. said **** this gym, Jr. got serious. Hopefully Sr. starts coming at his son differently. I definitely think the relationship can work. But it is all up to Sr.Comment

You can really tell that Floyd is harbouring a lot of bad emotion.
As you can see the smallest thing sets him off.Comment

They both should have defused this situation before it escalated. The video shows Sr calling his son a mother ****er before any other foul names were exchanged (granted, the footage looked like it was edited and Floyd could have started the name calling, though from the info we have,Sr started the over the top arguement).
What kind of parent calls his kid a mother ****er is beyond me.Floyd also retaliated and called him a cab driver of a fighter and a fa99ot...their relationship has been up and down for many of years, this is just another blow up....they have many issues that need some form of resolution.Comment

damn, i cant blame jr for having some animosity towards his father but that went entirely too far.
floyd sr talks alot obviously and tries to take alot of credit but u have to look at why he does it. he really did start everybody in his fam in boxing. he taught not only his son but his brothers the basics. he was always teh man not only in the family but in the neigborhood, then he gets shot and his career is over. gotta be hard to dedicate your life to somthing and fall just short of your dream bcuz of something liek that. then both his younger brothers and his son (all who he started in teh game) reach that goal and become world champions.
all he wants is some recognition, i feel if he got appreciated for what he did by his fam maybe he wouldnt beat his own drum so much. maybe not, either way boxing is his identity and floyd just ****s on it and tells him his life efforts aint worth a damn.. thats cold. u could tell it really hit a spot and floyd knew exactly what he was doing, roger too which is why he stepped in when he did. for jr to even go there is messed up.Comment
