if ortiz can take floyd's punches, then i expect him to press the fight and move inside coz i can't see him having a chance if he fight floyd on the outside.
well, we all have to wait to see that...but based on what you know about both fighters, who is morelikely to press the fight?.....and i agree, i dont see ortiz winning on the outside thus more reason for me to belive vic is going to press it....
Hes gonna run like a lil b*tch and throw pitty pat punches all night like he did against Baldomir and Marquez.
It won't matter tho because Ortiz is gonna KTFO outt him
you're so scared because pacquiao don't even has a chance if floyd fight like that against him LOL but guess what? even the aggressive floyd is a defensive genius...

Just think, if you get Floyds **** any deeper in your throat you might even be able to get his back wheels in!
body punches body punches body punches Ortiz will become gatti after the 4 round....
do you know any other floyd fight other than gatti mofo, you keep repeating that bs when you know damn well gatti was never near as dangeous or good as vic ...even baldomir beat gatti(no disrespect to him , RIP champ)....

ortiz doesn't have a chance on the outside so i expect him to fight inside. to do this he needs to press the fight and be active the whole 12 rounds. floyd will frustrate him but who knows if him taking 2-3 punches just to give 1 of his own will give him the chance to upset floyd.
I think hes gonna do a mix of both but I voted to press the fight because I believe he will do that more often.
Floyd tends to fight southpaws behind a high guard and walks to them instead of using too much of the shoulder roll defense because their stance neutralizes his shoulder roll defense because the angles change. He tends to square up a bit more and keeps a high guard to hit them with that straight right hand and he attacks their body more than he does against orthodox fighters.
I think that he feels that Ortiz although very very strong and extremely heavy handed is a bit weak in the psychological department and Floyd will most likely try to exploit that by walking to him and taking the fight to him. He usually fights southpaws like that but he better be careful because Ortiz is a right handed southpaw so his power hand is his forward hand and Floyd has been hurt by right hooks from southpaw stances, look at the Corley fight.
What do you think?
pretty good analysis

keep voting people!
Having to be bigger and stronger than someone to apply pressure onto them is one of the biggest misconceptions about boxing.
Frazier was smaller than Ali.
Duran was smaller than Leonard.
Armstrong was a small man who fought all the way up to middleweight.
The smaller men aren't rangier than the bigger guys, so the small ones have to apply pressure in order to get theirs.
