To be honest. I think there's been a misunderstanding. Ward is a very quiet man indeed and I've never heard him say anything positive about Froch other than - "great fighter" when asked. He doesn't come across as arrogant at all but he'd rather let his fists do the talking but that's not to say there isn't any respect. Both guys respect each other immensely.

Onto Froch - I think there's definitely been a big misunderstanding here. Froch is a confident type of guy and I wouldn't say he's overly arrogant at all. In fact, he's very respectful to Ward and his opponents. There's a difference between downright arrogance and confidence but being respectful at the same time. You look at all the Froch interviews, he praises Ward and Kessler but he shows good credentials in saying he could beat them and then produces the goods (except 1 ocassion but he was still very respectful of Kessler before the match).

There isn't one bad point about Froch at all.

Keep that black thing out of this, its like when extreme feminists claim they aren't sexists, they just want more rights than men.
smh @ this ****** azz analogy.

Im not even going get into the rest of the bull**** post.

Is this for real? I mean, this is boxing, it ain't a personality contest.

If you're gonna b1tch about the way someone behaves you might as well watch Big Brother instead.

How about providing some examples of him being smug and arrogant. He comes across as a very down to earth and likeable guy, i just can't understand how you managed to come to this conclusion. But whatever, you must be bad at judging peoples character is all.

At times, he does come off as being somewhat distant and aloof. So it's very understandable how some boxing fans may perceive that as being arrogant. However, I don't believe he's arrogant at all. I just think it's his personality and also coupled with the fact, he is confident and has every right to be. Afterall, he is an undefeated Olympic gold medalist and World boxing champion. Remember that many boxing fans have made similar claims against Miguel Cotto in the past, until they got to really know his personality.

Some of you sound like females. A fighter that I like having a likeable personality is an added bonus, but the only thing I want to do is watch them fight and learn from them first and foremost.

And Froch doesn't? Ward simply comes off as confident, as a top unbeaten fighter should. Ward is no where close to what Gayevid was, that arrogant prima donna Brit twat **** thought he was the next Cassius Clay, we all know how that truly turned out. Look for Ward to beat Froch.
