Maidana isn't the best Boxer in the world, but he is one of the most entertaining fighters in the World.

When Marcos Maidana is fighting you know its going to be a good fight, like the OP i don't know how you can not like El Chino.

I don't think he's a dirty fighter, but that elbow he tried to hit Khan with was unacceptable.

he was raised by wolves and had to fight for sraps


and joe cortez gave khan every advantage when they were fighting close and chino was able to keep his hands free after khans legs wore down late in that fight

Being a tough guy seems to get you a cult following nowadays. I don’t like him, or dislike him.

He’s just a slugger, who doesn’t care too much if you hit him as long as he can land his shots. Lost his last two big fights IMO, and only won his first one because Victor decided to trade with him before bitching out.

Edit: Arguably lost to Corley, and probably would have lost to Guerrero.
