El Chino is the true definition of a warrior. He doesn't care who you are, where you're from, he'll fight you with all his heart and no regrets.
Went to Kotelnik's hometown and lost a split decision.
Got put down like 3 times against Ortiz and rose up from the canvas to stop his candy ass.
Got up from those brutal bodyshots that Khan put on him, which 95% of fighters wouldn't of got up from, and still fought and almost knocked Khan out.
Didn't lose focus or confidence from getting beat up by an old, shot Morales (which would be very discouraging to most) and still fought with all he could to the end, even though I think he lost the fight.
Nacho promises to train him, Maidana gets to Mexico and Nacho all of a sudden changes his mind, (of course Marquez had something to do with it) and Maidana goes on twitter and wishes Nacho the best of luck.
