On the bold, it was Michael Kockz who said it, not Manny. Manny's got tatts, so that's a ****** idea to begin with.

And Manny saying he doesn't know what PEDS are, well..

A (local Philippine) reporter asked him once, way back before this all blew out.. "Manny they said you're using steroids"?

    Manny answered "What? Stereo?"

Look mate, the point for me is, if Manny's using, then I wouldn't be surprised.

But he ain't. So where's proof?

      6. pac cant be tested in the philippines.

      7. pac dont want the test although pac stated he would.
lol You missed the question of which excuse out of the 8 from Pac did you believe?

Its simple, no test no fight. Pac started making excuses when he ducked the test to fight Clottey back in 2009. Floyd went on vacation to go to court and came back to fight the #1 WW Champion who Pac ducked from 141-147.

You're giving others opinions on testing in the Philippines. I think you have Jr and Sr mixed up. Silly you.

BTW, in 2009 and 2010 wasn't the USADA biased towards Pac then too? Or was that just the excuse for 2011?

So what was the excuse from Pac that you believed?

        Just use your common sense.

It's not what Buboy, nor Aling Dionisia, nor anyone outside of Pac has said that counts. It's Pac. Once he said he will take the test, call his bluff or shut up.

Floyd can even ask for Pac to send a contract that he will sign, but that demand should come directly from Floyd. Not from anyone who does not have any say in the negotiations and definitely not from any of his blind fans.

Demnding a 10 million a pound weight penalty?

Are just a few examples of Pac getting what HE wants.

Nothings changed the fact that the fans are still waiting on Pac to sign a document or contract agreeing to testing. When Pac publicly agrees to random testing on paper then its up to Floyd. Pac has yet to sign and pass the ball to Floyd.
And Fraud still has yet to provide the public with the proof that he signed the contract of which he claimed he did at the beginning of the 1st negotiations. Fraud still hasn't shown it, just as he hasn't shown any proof that Pacquiao is on "Power Pellets;" w/c by the way is a direct quote from Fraud himself. 10million/lbs over weight was to ensure what happen in the Marquez fight doesn't happen again (when Fraud came in 2lbs over his own catchweight that he set for Marquez at 144lbs). Fraud doesn't care about boxing or the fans b/c "legacy doesn't pay the bills." He would rather pay for a diamond encrusted iPod and burn a $100bill for that's what Fraud wants.

Fortunately for and other *****s, they are already in the works of a test that can detect HGH & steroids from urine samples. USADA is the backing the testing up with their own money. Investigators only have to get the FDA to approve it in a few more years. I'll post the site later.

                • I thought manny and co. have agreed to do the tests? manny did say recently that he will fight floyd mayweather next year, which must mean that he will do the random testing. also arum has said that there are no more issues with the fight. Why do people write that Floyd took off vacations and layoffs?

Floyd only took 2008 off in 15 years. He fought in December of 2007 and came back to fight again in 2009. How many vacations and layoffs is that?

Isn't that only one hiatus? Is it important to make it seem as if Floyd has taken off several times to support the notion that he's avoided fighters?

LOL ... within the year that Floyd had left boxing, the two boxers that *******s claim that he ducked were both knocked out. Each within 8 months of supposedly reaching the top.

I would agree with your point about Floyd's skills deteriorating if he wasn't a gym rat. That would be a solid point if the reality of the situation was different.

As was said, we will see. We have not seen any evidence of Floyd slipping, but time will tell. His domination of Mosley in a "walk 'em down" style match should have made many believers. But some just like to talk trash.

Its their right to do so.

A Mayweather-Pacquiao fight has been sitting on the shelf for at least two years as both boxers are unable to agree on the exact details pertaining to the drug testing portion of the bout agreement.

Not a lot to like about Floyd but I have to respect him for standing firm on this. It is as it should be and he and pac have a tremendous opportunity to advance the sport if they would both embrace randomized testing
