first good post. but manny has said he is afraid of needles and a blood draw would make him weak. he also claimed ignorance and said he dosnt know what a ped is(lol) too many diff statements coming out of that camp. and if there is no problem with manny taking ost, not unlimited urine test, but ost then we wont have a problem getting a signed contract this time.

Are these reporters/interviewers not allowed to ask follow-up questions? Has anyone seen Floyd respond to someone telling him that Pac has agreed to the tests a long time ago? I'm serious, has any reporter ever told him this in response to his usual line about wanting tests and if so what was his reaction?

But the kind of skillset and style Floyd has, he needs for him to be active you see. Those vacations and lay-offs, even those once-a-year fights will definitely deteriorate his skill level.

Floyd IMO has the best timing to speed ratio ATG, that explains his accuracy. And coupled with his impenetrable defense he is really a puzzle that's impossible to figure out. And all of that is based on his reflexes, and ring rust is a killer for those alone.

We'll find out soon enough if his reflexes dwindled, coz that's his mojo, always been.

I understand what you're saying. Jones jr was a perfect example of this. Yet Jones didn't necessarily have the defense that Mayweather has. The one thing you must take in to consideration is the way he treats himself. Like B-HOP he takes very good care of his body and stays in shape all year around. His reflexes will be looked at closely in this fight for sure.

Either way it will be good, better than seeing JMM fighting at the WW division again. If Pac even has the slightest problem with him at that weight, he is in some serious trouble. Because we all know styles make fights. Pac at WW should be able to walk down the older LW champion at this point and at this weight class.

I just can't believe a man who rose from obscurity in a 3rd world country to worldwide fame kept people on their toes and losing sleep because of his success.

I've been silently following the mayweather pacquiao drama, and I must say. All these phillipinos talking **** about blacks and making little slick comments, do you think those words are just gonna slide by so easily? by the way, i didnt hear anybody complain about him possibly being on peds before mayweather sr said anything. so the guys like you who 100% think pac is on peds only do so because mayweather sr said so id bet.

but the truth is its not just the mayweathers who think pac is on the juice. other trainers and boxers say he is juicing too. factor in the fact that roach has has boxers test positive for peds in the past. and yes there is sound reason for concern and reasonable cause to think there is foul play at work.

Well good on you. Its amazing how many people want to discredit fighters that Floyd faces just because that hate Floyd. After the fact its always Floyd didn't win the other guy just ******. The only problem with that logic is, most of Pac's accomplishments that made him famous of late where against fighters that "suck" because Floyd already beat them.

The reality is, Mayweather has fought guys coming off KO performances. Hoya, Hatton, JMM and Mosley where all coming of KO wins when Mayweather fought them.

Where as Cotto had a SD win, and Clottey, Margarito and Mosley where coming off there worst performances of there careers.

Ortiz vs Mayweather will be a good fight. Ortiz will be there to fight and get hit. He has power and with the lay off from Mayweather it will make it interesting.

You sound like you consider yourself as somebody who is knowledgeable in boxing. In that case, you will not have any problems answering this question:

Who among the fighters in Floyd's 'outstanding' WW list (Mitchell, Judah, Baldomir, Hatton and Marquez), can beat any of the version that Pac fought (Cotto, Clottey, Margo)?

Will anxiously await your wise reply.
