Dude said he reached out to all the old players for bail and financial help and they all turned their backs on him so he said *** it i'm telling.

They may have been wrong for that but snitching is always a b!tch move!! That **** is just unacceptable. If those players helped dude that would really make the program look guilty. IMO what he did for those players back then was quid pro quo. He got more access to the program and players than a regular person would and for that access the players got paid and gifts. Why start

But dude was only in a position to help them BECAUSE of the ponzi scheme. And dude didn't snitch, he was questioned by the feds. This was collateral info that came out. Once out, he got further questioned and the feds made it clear, lie and we find out and no deal.

I am sick to my stomach right now about that story and you know its only gonna get worse. What I can't understand is why is dude snitching about that. What he did for those players at THE U has nothing to do with why he got 20 years for running a ponzi scheme so why snitch? Sucka move by dude and just as we starting to get things going possibly in the right direction we about to go on serious probation again. I know one thing I will still wear all my U gear proudly no matter what happens!!! I am trying to get tickets to the Miami vs Univ. of Maryland game since that is in my area.

In first post about this topic I said they were wrong for that never denied that. But that still doesn't excuse him from snitching. Also he chose to do that. He said himself that he wanted to take the place of "Uncle Luke". So this is something that he wanted to do not something that he was seeked out and asked to do. So it was his decison by choice not by force so lay in that bed that you made and go to your grave knowing that you was a good person and those people were no good. By snitching because they didn't help him IMO he puts himself on same level of those people.

Also who is to say that they actually viewed dude as they friend? Cause truth be told if they couldn't play sports he wouldn't have gave a **** about them and they know that. So a person is not really your friend in they only around you because of what you can do for them.

It doesn't matter if at first you didn't tell cause you waiting to see if somebody is gonna help you. All that matters is that you told whether is right off the bat or 20 years down the line its still snitching

lmao...things havnt changed here...still hardly anyone knows boxing...yes...Mayweather is undefeated...but he is far more athleticly talented then Hopkins....Hopkins is prob one of or the smartest ringman in the game...he plays all aspects of the sport..he is a genius wich is y he is still winning at his age against pretty good fighters
