The last person Floyd actually stood and traded with was Josie Harris and that was at 2 a.m. when she was asleep. Floyd aint gonna trade with Ortiz you can belleee dat
Exactly. if Mayweather feels Ortiz's power he will run the whole fight ala Baldomir and even MArquez. I still feel Mayweather will win by a wide UD or even a late TKO but there is a little idea in my mind that with fighting so little and taking so much time off at the old age of 34 I feel ring rust may have set in and Floyd may get old over night. Floyd has based his style around timing and reflexs and once they go he will start to get hit alot and take more damage. My dream result would be Ortiz to go in there for a war and take everything Floyd has and eventually come back to KO Floyd late in the fight.

I just hope Ortiz knocks him down and lands some good shots in. Hopefully Ortiz isn't a walk in the park for Mayweather.

he isnt fighting the best is the bottom line. and martinez at 154 is better than ortiz at 147. these "obvious reasons" dont fool me. why wouldnt he fight cotto when he was the best at 147? why wouldnt he fight margarito when he was the best at 147? if man can fly to the moon then mayweather can fight pacquiao. sick of the excuses.

              Stoppppp

I don't wanna hear about some Castillo fight. Or who the fuggg Pac fought....It's all about now......

I dont wanna hear Pac beating up Cotto (who since day 1 was a clown), Margarito (after one fight in Mexico after being off for a year and half), or Clottey (Who know one still knows who he is...oh wait the dude with the sick defense)

Fact of the matter is, if ortiz loses..he's in line to fight Pac. Just the way it looks like it's gonna turn out...

Floyd is gonna merc this kid...He has a better shot of seeing Jesus.

Cotto nor Marg were ever the best at ww. And both were top rank fighters and top rank wasn't doing business with GBP in general but floyd in particular.

You seem like an educated boxing fan. Sure if you look back their rankings are up there. But let's be real...no one cared for a Cotto match, the only ones that called for it are the Floyd haters 6 years later. And Margarito, come on....everyone saw him as just a prize figther that can make it entertaining..you know this though....If you honestly believe these two guys were the "best" then you should be wearing a Red Nose, and over sized shoes.
