yes, you are correct in saying i can't compare the two of them, since floyd sr is merely floyds jr's dad and his influence over him is questionable considering their tumultuous relationship and Bob is Pac's promoter.

arum bassically said that he wants a cheap small town place in the Philippines to handle his testing while he's training in the philippines (which according to freddie roach manny shouldn't be trainning in the philippines AT ALL)

but heres the problem. arum STILL doesn't want the gold standard usada testing when pac finishes his training in the u.s.

He didn't said anything that i didn't thought about. I've said it when the topic was first brought up that WADA would reach out to one of its local testing organizations if one of the Boxers were to start his training out of the country.

This actually already took place. NSAC required that both PAC and Wifebeater be randomly urine tested and it was a WADA accredited Dr from the Philippines who had PAC pee on a cup.

Obviously, if the Fight of the Century does take place random blood and urine tests would be taking place while PAC trains in his country.
