TS is a complete dumbass. If Manny is training in his home country the USADA has no authority over there, idiots. The US is a country like they don't run the world. Thus Arum is saying that WADA, who controls WORLD TESTING for things like the Olympics should be in charge. WADA however doesn't do any of their own testing they go to an organization in whatever country they are in and have them do the testing as to not have people travelling all over the world.

WADA uses the USADA in the United States thus that is who would be testing Floyd and Manny when they are in the US. While Manny trains in Baguio or wherever he is going to train some organization that WADA see's fit will do the testing there. *****s are complete and total ******s, Arum isn't saying anything about Manny not testing. Apparently you guys want the USADA to travel to Manny's camp and test them there. If thats what you guys want fine but don't you think that someone can give Manny a heads up about their arrival if that happened? Two white guys with testing supplies driving the direction of Manny's camp, of course someone will want to tip Manny off if he is doping, which he obviously isn't as he is willing to take these tests. You guys are so shook of Manny its unbelievable.

WADA is the SAME all over the world. If Arum says WADA will do the testing in the philipines, it will be the EXACT same standard as USDA, which gets its protocol from the WADA.

He said he wants wada testing, because manny lives in the Philipines. You can't exactly have USDA testing in the Philipines can you? Wada would test there.
