Barrett by UD, but anything CAN happen with a huge puncher like Tua.
Barrett does look ripped, especially for his age.

Tua, it's hard to read. Looks could be a bit deceiving. My feeling is he did work pretty hard, but didn't eat right.

Only one way to find out, and that's when they get in the ring!

Let's hope we can find a way to see it now.

Are people still high on Tua? Dude is pretty much finished. You have to go back to the late 90s when he fought Ike Ibeabuchi to find a fight where he looked good. As long as monte won't get caught with a huge punch he should be able to outbox Tua and win a UD (Like he did in their first fight).

Come on, Tua's ideal weight is in the 230's. He's out of shape. The guy is 5'10". He shouldn't be weighing 245 pounds.

Well, if he is out of shape and loses, he's thrown away a lot of money that Sky has promised him if he wins. They want to back Tua for a run to a title shot. And David really can't afford to throw that opportunity away.

It's going to be interesting, no matter what the result is.

Tua was in shape and looked very good when he started this comeback against Shane Cameron, but Roger Bloodworth was working with him then. He's slacked off since.

Tua's got that E. Honda look going on, fat but with a sixpack. He's not in the best of shape, for sure, but it doesn't look like he's lost any muscle mass. Regardless, if he loses this fight it won't be due to his conditioning, or at least not wholly due to it. Tua just doesn't have it anymore.

Barrett got himself in great shape for this one. Why can't more of the younger heavies have this kind of determination?

I think Tua handles Barrett easily in the rematch. Tua looked impressive to me in his last fight while Barrett looked like a shot fighter. This is also a make or break it fight for Tua; if he loses then his career is essentially over...

I'm picking Tua by 1st round TKO...
