I don't moan about the fight. I just think Tua should retire if he don't take it serious anymore.
To uphold that kind of bodyfat and weight he has, you have to eat an absurd amount of calories. He should be able to stay in shape if he works as hard as he says, if hes not pigging out on various crapfood and beverages.
Tua is a Burger King addict. I think since he lost his millions he finds comfort in fast food.

Bloodworth made him toe the line, but the guys he has now don't.

Nevertheless, Tua is a desperate man in this fight. He really needs the money that a win will mean for him. So that alone makes it interesting. He admitted in the presser yesterday that he lost the first fight to Barrett. Quite an admission on the eve of the rematch!

Clearly Tua is not in prime shape.

They say on the weigh-in vid that the main event won't go off before 10pm Kiwi time, so about 4am here I guess.

He's too heavy, no two ways. He was heavier in his last bout and went the distance, but that was with Demetrice King, not Monte Barrett.

Wow, Tua looked in better shape in his other fights. I think I'm going to change my prediction to Barrett by decision win. Tua is a fat poc.

I'm glad I decided to keep my wallet shut for this. If he can't be ar5ed to take it seriously and train at somewhere other than Dennys, then I'm fooked if I'm gonna keep putting my money in his pocket.

I've read everything from people saying Tua is "cut" and in great shape to people saying he's a fat pig.

I think the answer is this:

If he knocks Barrett cold, he's cut.

If he wins on points, he was a bit overweight but not too bad.

If he loses on points, he was very overweight and out of shape.

If he gets stopped by Monte, he's a burger munching piece of ****.

No fighter is going to say "I didn't really work hard to prepare for this fight. I skipped a lot of roadwork and ate a lotta fast food. I just hit the pads, heavy bag, and sparred"

But its pretty clear that's what Tua did.

If that happens it's the last act of a tragic career in which Tua blew millions of dollars and ended up flat broke.
