LOL... no, it does'nt....it means that they cannot go over the limit at fight night...he can come in at 154 before , and at fight night....it is what they use back in the days until the early 80's (i think)....

so making him get to 154 the day of the weigh in would require him to actually lose real weight including muscle or dehydratig himself and then fighting the same day....

manny would beat both klit brothers on the same night if they were subjected to the kind of weight cut puga is proposing......

if u wanna go back to the old weigh in system (which i have no problem with).....
