kaufmann lost a questionable fight to grano by early stoppage but still he lost to tony grano who is a small journeyman heavyweight.that is not something that can be overlooked.he has tried several times to get a rematch but grano declined.if he can't beat bert cooper then he better find a new career...although you know that never happens.

I loved watching Cooper decades ago but now he is another on the long list of fighters that should not be fighting anymore.

Cooper was a good, entertaining fighter, but that was almost 20 years ago. I thought he had long since retired.

Travis Kauffmann is a mediocre heavyweight who won't go very far. It's a disgrace for him to fighting this old man.

Bert Cooper is age 45 and he's been KOed 15 times in his 23 losses.

In what appears to be a mismatch on paper, Travis Kauffman, 25-years-old, says he won't overlook the danger of 45-year-old heavyweight veteran Bert Cooper. The fight takes place on August 20 at ******ia Beach, Va. Cooper came out of retirement in 2010 and scored a knockout in his return fight. Kauffman was hoping to land an HBO televised fight against Seth Mitchell on August 27th, but the unbeaten prospect reached a deal to face Mike Mollo instead.
