It's definitely part of the issue. How can it not be? Why does Floyd have to face the courts whilst all other accusers getting a pass? It doesn't help towards making a fight at all.
He's also in the middle of training, the courts could have picked a better time. In fact, talking about timing, Pacquaio filed for defamation in December 2010, why has it taken a year and a half to order a court order? Not surprisingly, two weeks after Floyd returns to face Ortiz.
it's easy bro. all floyd has to do is apologize and admit that there's no basis for his accusation. you don't go around accusing people of wrongdoing without shred of proof. it's wrong.
Why bring up Floyd Snr, he has nothing to do with negotiations.
Exactly what I brought up before. Bob Arum knows what he's doing by making statements as such, just making it more difficult to make a fight. If they really wanted to get this fight done, they'd get it settled in quietly.

"Do you think media reports affected negotiations in a bad way?
BOB ARUM: Absolutely. Once you start negotiating through the media, it becomes ego driven. People can’t wait to give a statement to the press. The flames just shoot up and there is no real opportunity for rational behavior to take over. Everyone is so interested is setting forth his position to the media that it becomes the contest. That involves me as well as everybody else."

It is definitely NOT part of the issue (Malignaggi) you just got no reply to what the concerns are.
You guys typically start a topic and when you are asked about more srious questions you guys bail out.
WTF does Malignaggi had to do with the current issues Floyd face?
You guys ran out of ****s to say to save Floyd no?
Go back to my posts here please, those are simple questions, and ON TOPIC.

“I can never forgive the Mayweathers for starting those false rumors about the kid using performance enhancing drugs (PEDs). I mean, the kid had never even heard of them before that, coming where he came from.
boy stop, tell manny take the damn test and fight **** a lawsuit
pac was all set to call all of your boy's bluffs two years ago. what did floyd do? "i'm taking a loooooooooooong vacation", "i'll spend time with my family", "i'm not even thinking about it right now." he came back demanding $100 million.
you fans of his have the power to intervene and wake him up, bro. this is a disease you don't want for your loved ones. time to put pressure on him, bro. he's making himself and his fans look bad. time to put a stop to it if you really care about him.
Look at the ****roach scramble to try to stop Manny from trying to get out of his contract. Until the Koncz and Visionqwest **** broke, Arum was trying to match Pacman with Kermit Cintron or Bradley (if he signed with TR).
Now that Mannys looking into taking control of his career and leaving, Arum has "no issues" with the Mayweather fight. Scumbag.
The lawsuit doesnt have to be a stumbling block. Floyd should just do the right thing, say his sorrys and hand over some compo, then the fight should be easy to make.
Taping Roger and Floyd snrs gobs shut in the meantime wouldnt be a bad idea either.
