Exactly what I brought up before. Bob Arum knows what he's doing by making statements as such, just making it more difficult to make a fight. If they really wanted to get this fight done, they'd get it settled in quietly.

The lawsuit doesnt have to be a stumbling block. Floyd should just do the right thing, say his sorrys and hand over some compo, then the fight should be easy to make.

Taping Roger and Floyd snrs gobs shut in the meantime wouldnt be a bad idea either.
