But it shouldn't be if only Floyd's not defying the court orders, it's not like he's going to jail, all he has to do is appear in the hearings, isn't it?

No lawyer here, but maybe if Floyd's not defying these, which in the first place is his to own coz he's the accuser, then the whole process would speed up and he can pay whatever damages he needs to pay, if he loses. Except if he really wants to pay, now that's a different story.
Why is it just Floyd facing a lawsuit?

When the likes of Paulie Malinaggi have suggested Pacquaio is taking illegal substances too.

I'd rather Arum just shut the *** up and do his job. His job shouldn't be to live through the media. Try to make the fight, stop updating me and crying in the media about every little thing not going your way. Stop wasting my time.

                LOL there you go again.

Try to at least comprehend what I'm saying.

Of course I don't know and IDGAS why Paulie's not in the lawsuit. Drop that coz that's not the issue.

I'm not even flaming you, just saying if Floyd can just face the courts there won't be a problem.

Why do you have to bring other peeps in the topic?

very true. i think arum is doing a pontius pilate thing by washing his hands, "see i'm not the one throwing impediments to make this fight happen." and he actually expects (and probably hopes) that mayweather will remain mayweather -- a pu55y. like i said in one of my earlier posts, opposing pac's training in philippines will be enough excuse for floyd to run away from this fight again. he will do that. just watch.

in conclusion, it's all up to floyd to make this fight happen. world will know that all of his bluffs have been called.

Why bring up Floyd Snr, he has nothing to do with negotiations.

It's definitely part of the issue. How can it not be? Why does Floyd have to face the courts whilst all other accusers getting a pass? It doesn't help towards making a fight at all.

He's also in the middle of training, the courts could have picked a better time. In fact, talking about timing, Pacquaio filed for defamation in December 2010, why has it taken a year and a half to order a court order? Not surprisingly, two weeks after Floyd returns to face Ortiz.
