Thats not the point though. If you can make the weight then you are fighting by the rules and there is no excuse. The same thing goes for height.

Cotto at jrww had a size advantage on the majority of his opponents.
i aint *****ing about though bro. no rules are being broken but im just saying come fight night, if 1 dude weighs 170 and the other 158-160, the 1 weighing 170 def has the advantage. agree????

Margarito has had a longer career than Cotto and a tougher resume. But yet they are both shot now. Guess we know who the tougher guy is.

          Hint: It ain't Cotto.

Margarito moves forward constantly. Cotto likes fighting the Yuri Foremans of the world and running circles around them giving people the impression he is a tactician of some kind. When oppenents dont play into Cotto's style, i.e. Margarito, Pacquiao, even Joshua Clottey - It is bad news for Cotto. Margarito still wins easy because Cotto's style doesnt match up well. Cotto has too much pride and believes the hype he helped create about the hand wraps. Margarito will win just as easy as last time, if not easier.

i don't know about that, the man is so done,shot...if this fight was at end of 2008 he beats him easily..but now,it's harder, the man is just slower and doesn't pressure like he used to,he's even slower now

If this was with plaster, possibly margarito wins. Fighting for 9 rounds against plaster wraps with a busted nose and drinking your own blood can make ANY fighter gas out. Let's be real...Cotto was simply spent.

                    No plaster, no glory.
