Except DiBella cares more about his fighters than a guy like Arum ever will, which can only be a good thing.

actually froch is very talented and could beat sergio he can take a punch and martinez does gas out in rounds and froch throws a lot so it will be a tough fight for sergio why would he pick ward for hes a boring fighter and will use dirty tactics he is very talented but dual most of the time hes like a younger version of bhop but better but i see froch beating ward

DiBella just lied straight through his teeth. It was widely reported that Martinez had to come down from 185 before the second Paul Williams fight and the Dzinzuruk fight. Widely reported! Karl Froch is not smaller than any of the other Super Middle Weights. He is however, slower and less skilled. This is pathetic. Martinez wants to be the best P4P but he doesn't want to go up in weight. He wants to claim that he is a blown up welterweight but can't make welter and hasn't in years. Which one is it? He walks around at 168? Is Dibella really going to try to sell this bill of goods when there is direct contradictory information out there!? I guess so!

Lol. This is why I can't be a fan of Martinez. Not only could he clean up his own division and stop crying about not getting fights by fighting guys like Golovkin and Pirog. He could fight one of the top guys at 168 win or lose. But the dude is too afraid to take any risks. Sick of these divas. I say drop him from his P4P spot if he don't take a dangerous fight in the near future.

You guys are freaking tools for real. "Sergio doesn't take any risks" , lmao...ok, sure. He fought 99% of his career at 154 and 147....but all of a sudden he is picking on "smaller guys" by wanting to fight guys in those divisions.

He moved up in weight to fight Williams at 160 on 2 weeks notices while other people were proclaiming that Paul was the "most feared guy in boxing". He then beats the recognized middleweight champ of the world............a guy with a 5 inch height advantage and 11 pound weight advantage on fight night and he beats the mess out of him.

He fights Williams again at a weight that Williams wanted and he crushes himin 2 rds. After that he fights a taller guy in Dzinziruk who came up from 154 tochallenge for the belt....a guy that had never been down as an amateur or pro.....drops him 5 times in the fight.

So already he is: 160-147 = 13 pounds north of where he began his career. People want him to jump up another 8 pounds which would put him at 21 pounds north of where he started. Martinez's frame is only going to support around 170-175 pounds of normal weight. While a guy like Ward would support 190-200 pounds normally, so this means Martinez will cut maybe 8 pounds while Ward cuts nearly 25 pounds to make weight. Fight rolls around and Martinez comes in at 172 and Ward strolls in at 185, plus a height and reach advantage............................yet Martinez is just afraid to fight guys his own size and wants to pick on smaller dudes. It'd be like JMM against Floyd again.

yeah right......i belive it when i see it...i think he's just saying sergio will fight froch if he wins becuase he thinks ward will beat froch(huge possiblity)....but in reality he will not let his boy get in the ring with froch under any circumstances......and i dont think sergio has the guts to share the ring with froch either.....

what i dont like about martinez the most is that, they act like martinez has been beating world class opponets eversince when in reality he only has two good wins.....
