he is probably the best boxer for his age at the moment in the world, is that good enough for you. He has skills and potential to become a mexican legendComment

But he hasn't really faced any true punchers yet has he? I need to see that. I want to see him in there with someone where he is forced to be cautious and use his boxing skills, not someone where he can just walk in like he is invincible.Comment

The kid is young and can fight. He's one of the most interesting young fighters out there. I don't think he's overrated, I mean nobody is saying he's the best in the world or anything. The one thing I don't like about him is that he's kinda slow.Comment

He has tremendous technique and poise for a 20 year old, when you have those fundamentals you can go very far, they can add to the conditioning, and skill set as he develops. I also thinks he is very fast...plenty fast enough and he has great timing and anticipation, that last quality fighters are born with.
He has all the shots just needs to learn when to use them, how to pace himself in fights etc.
I know his haters don't like to hear how young he is but canelo really is scary good for his ageComment

But you threw in that "career lightweight" part as a compliment.Comment

Yes I said blown up Lightweight...And?
Is that not true?
What in the post from Jose Miguel being Miguel young brother, to being a blown up LW, to chin checking Canelo, to Alvarez doing a good job in facing that adversity was not true?Comment

Not a lot of those guys around.
I guess Angulo is that guy.
Vanes sort of.
Lara has alright power I guess.
For me the high skill guys are the challenge
Vanes, Trout, Lara, Molina ,Dzinziruk
These guys are the next step.
Molina is a great next fight. One-up Cintron and Lara.Comment
