I know what your saying about bob because to me it looks like he is trying to save face about his initial statements of wanting another agency other then WADA to do the tests for the fight. It seems that he has conceded to usada being the entity to do the tests in the U.S... However the bigger picture is,,, there are other fighters from every country, if this crusade on testing that Floyd and many others have argued about on his behalf or maybe in general for fighters just to be tested in this manner, usada cannot cater to every fighter around the world who wants to fight floyd or in the bigger picture any fighter who wants this testing to catch on.

Is this testing just about Pacquiao, or are you guys about this type of testing catching on in the sport of boxing for every fighter.. If so how are they going to do it when not every boxer is a citizen of the United States of America and not under USADA jurisdiction. Remember who claims to be a crusader for better testing not just for Pacquiao but every fighter.

That's kinda what I was trying to say. Team Pacquaio outsmarted Team Mayweather on the drug testing issue. Because whether Pac or dirty, or has legitimate reasoning for not wanting to be tested. I'm pretty sure his wishes will be honored in his home country far more than they would over here. Round 1 to the congressman.

So this is about floyd and not a crusade for better testing... Screw where you are from, if you fight Floyd you better train in the states right...We always knew where you *****s were coming from. The world does not revolve around Floyd... Better testing should be world wide.
