Two weeks after Arum claimed that WADA would perform the testing, and WADA said they would not.... when did WADA agree to administer the testing for a one-off professional boxing match?

WADA is just going to coordinate the testing, but they won't perform the actual tests. it will be done by national agencies in a WADA approved lab.

Ok. I read your article. It doesn't say anything about investigating Arum. It says that he has removed Koncz from the job of negotiating deals. It says that PAC has hired a firm to essentially handle his finances. Nowhere does this say that they have been unhappy with Arum, or that any future negotiations will bear any different outcome in monetary splits.

Pacquiao, at Floyd's command, should have to train exclusively in the US because that is where a few of you morons feel that the only legitimate testing can be done? Testing that Pacquiao has supposedly agreed to despite being under no obligation to do so?

Recently Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao was advised by one of the “good guys” in his circle to bring in VisionQwest to take a good look at his financial records in order to determine if his money has been on the up and up.


According to a reliable source, VisionQwest has found a substantial amount of discrepancies far exceeding the million dollar tax refund that Bob Arum was quoted as saying.

8CN has also been informed by our sources that Manny Pacquiao has not signed the contract to fight Juan Manuel Marquez, which is set for November.
