This of course was before he was banned for 3 and half years.

    Prime Ali would've humiliated Wlad.
A "prime" Ali wouldnt even be allowed to compete in the HW division

BTW byrd weighted 213 pounds when he fought Wladimir. Thats the same weight of Big George Foreman.

Like I said boxers in Alis days would be considered midgets in todays era.
      based on what????????????

If someone says Usain Bolt can beat any sprinter from any era nobody would have a problem with that

If you say Phelps can beat any swimmer from any era again nobody would have a problem with that statement.

only boxing fans think boxers from the past are superior to boxers from todays era

Based on his KO ratio and his weight. And the way he throws his punches.

Not those girly arm punches like Ali

they were hall of famers in their era. In todays era they would have been CW's or get their heads knockt out by todays giants.

These are strong statements man. I think the most standout feature of those guys relative to modern day heavyweights is conditioning. 99% of the heavyweights these days can't take the trash out without breathing heavily. They are tubs of lard compared to the likes of Foreman, Ali, Liston, or a JL. It's easy to beat people up that can't move after the third round. I'm not denying Vlad is a great boxer, but you can't say he is better than those guys--he just hasn't had the opportunity to fight against enough real opponents.
