I'm just about as big a Cotto fan as there is on this site, but he should stay away from Castillo for the time being.

Castillo is a ****ing bull, who could probably take just about everything Cotto hits him with (unless its a monsterous combo).

I've become a lot more realistic about Cotto as of late, I now realize that his success against elite fighters will come at higher weights if at all.

I think making 140 is killing him. Cotto's best shot against Castillo would be to cut him up. He could also stand a chance at a decision should he survive the first 6-7 rounds (the rounds he's looked most vulnerable in lately).

I think this is a tough fight for both fighters, but I will go with Cotto on points. However, a Castillo TKO is not out of the question. Should be a very good fight no matter what happens.

This would be one hell of a fight...just as long as Cotto does not try to fight the same way he fought Torres, cause if he does...he is fcuked...badly. If he fights the defensive fight actually using his def. skills, he got a really good chance at victory.

Cotto got too brave in that fight after dropping Mochuelo in the first round. I don't think that he would do the same against Castillo. I think that Cotto would fight JL the same way he fought Lovemore N'Dou.

138898552.85 all of it, cause it dont matter, Castilla is hyped up, if Cotto keeps his distance he'll knock him out coming in..

Miguel Jotto don't stand a chance against Castillo.

you understand me completely. if he actually boxes JLC then he got an edge, if he tries to make it a war then JLC got an edge.
Would be fun to watch, cause they are 2 of my top 10 favourite fighters
