This isnt a recipe for the fight happening because in Floyds mind it dont work that way. He wants you when he knows he can beat you. He cherry picks his opponents, either waiting for them to beat each other up, or waits to they are old. He dont wait for them to be 100% confident of taking FLoyd out, that would just scare floyd away.

In November 2012 khan will be 3 fights wiser, a lot more mature and would have grown into welterweight! Floyd will be a year younger and 35. BUT Floyd is always in fantastic condition so being 35 shouldn't have too much bearing on Floyd.

Translation: "I wanna see if Floyd has lost anything from the layoff. If he struggles against Ortiz and gets hit often, then I think I got a good chance to beat him. But Freddie told me he's to good right now without a catchweight and drained to 140 lbs."

khan should clear up the titles at 140(if others dare face him)
then have a fight vs a british welter in matton or brook,or fight for a welter title vs one of the lesser champions.
khan is good,ha has the work rate, speed, combinations, movement, stamina, heart.
im glad that hes aware that he still does lunge in a bit,and is very excitable with being to eager sometimes, but hele sort it out im sure, and when he faces a non slick non awkward fighter hele take them apart even more so.
Floyd v ortiz will be good just to see if floyd still has his legs, his timing, his speed.

This is the 48,000th comment Khan has made about fighting Floyd. Seems like it's a daily thing and is getting a bit tedious now, especially as he isn't even calling for an immediate fight with him but just speculating about maybe wanting to fight him in the future.
