if its about maywether and pac only, mayweather would be more devastated. when it comes to their fans, its just about the same, coz theres too much hype for both.

pac fans would get suicidal.... then abandon the sport.

floyd fans will take the walk of shame... then cling on to the next generation of 'slick african american'.... tidal wave of broner fans will appear

I think Pacquiao's fans will be most effected because he has his entire country behind him and is look up to by millions.

I don't think so, in fairness to all the *******s in the world, you may call them diehard fanatics but they survived Manny's three previous losses. They are just glad and proud that an asian is finally ranked as no.1 in boxing in the entire world. In the other hand, can you imagine Floyd suffering his first ever loss after proclaiming himself the Best Boxer of All Time.

couldn't have said it any better. Also, it's not even the fact that he's #1 that we're proud about (that's just icing on the cake), but the fact that he went from rags to riches and still stay grounded and humble even after all his success. That's the main reason his countrymen are proud of him. Pac/Filipino haters are just too ignorant and doesn't know what real filipino people/culture are like.

Bro you got your numbers totally wrong, Pac's been household name in the Phillipines since 2003, by the time he fought hatton no Filipino men, women or child in the world did not hear or did not know him...that's about 90 Million fans

but be better off in terms of the depth and quality of the discussion

this is true bro, pac's win versus oscar leapedfrog him from just being superstar in the Philippines to global superstardom...

maybe the pacfans that came after hatton comes from that global market...

anyway I dont think anyfans of pac nor floyd will be suicidal, but for sure both fans will find excuses or do damage control when and if they ever fought and we already know the results...
